Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Nepal Kathmandu (1,315m/4,314 ft), transfer to hotel by Great Panorama Treks staff.

Day 2 In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour, afternoon fly to Nepalgunj.
City tour or trek permit prepare and ready to the best adventure lower Dolpo Trek. Evening we fly to Nepal gunj and overnight at hotel.
Day 3 Fly to Jhupal (2,475m/8,005 ft) then drive to Dunai (2,140m/7,020 ft), 2 hrs.
Flight to Juphal from Nepalgunj and trek to Dunai. 2150 meter trek 3-4 hours.
Day 4 Trek from Dunai to Tarakot 2550 meter and trek 5-6 hours.
Trek from Dunai to Tarakot 2550 meter and trek 5-6 hours.
Day 5 Trek Tarakot to Laina Odar.
Trek from Tarakot to Laina odar 3374 meter and trekking 4-5 hours.
Day 6 Trek Laina Odar to Toltol

Day 7 Trek to Dho Tarap

Day 12 Trek from Temche Yak kharka to Shey Phoksondo lake
Trek from Temche Yak kharka to Shey Phoksondo lake 3600 meters and trek 5 hours walk.
Day 13 Trek exploring around Shey Phoksondo lake

Day 14 Trek to Chhepka
