The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and 3 other Bhotia villages in the Neyshang valley. Especially Nar Phu Trek, popular as the non-touristic destination and also rich in typical cultural heritage. Traditional lifestyle wonderful nomad landscape rewards one of the best exploration journeys in the remote hidden mountain valley.

Itinerary


Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the mention  hotel. Meeting with all groups and trek brief by your trek leader. 

Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (760m) then drive to Koto (2,600m)

Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (760m) then drive to Koto (2,600m) Long drive to Besisahar and then further to Koto overnight at koto hotel.

Day 3 Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560m)

koto there is check post and you going to Nar Phu valley from the right side to the following Soti khola through the wonderful pine tree forest after the crossing suspension bridge. Today is little high elevation you going something like 900 meter up.

Day 4 Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon (4,080m)

Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon (4,080m) Trekking Hours 6-7 hours continue through the Nar Phu Valley, crossing suspension bridges and passing by ancient monasteries to reach Phu Gaon.

Day 5 Trek from Phu Gaon to Nar (4,110m)

Trek from Phu Gaon to Nar (4,110m) Trekking Hours: 6-7 hours trek back down to Meta and then ascend to Nar village. 

Day 6 Acclimatization Day Nar Gaon

Acclimatization Day in Nar and today we going to Explore Nar village, visit local monasteries, and acclimatize.

Day 7 Trek from Nar to Kang La Pass (5,320m) to Ngawal (3,660m)

Trek from Nar to Kang La Pass (5,320m) to Ngawal (3,660m) Trekking 7-8 hours cross the challenging Kang La Pass and descend to Ngawal.

Day 8 Trek from Ngawal To mungji

Trek from Ngawal to Mungji)  3-4 hours trek and after reaching Mungji we trek to Milarepa Cave visit and back to Mungji or Braga.

Day 9 Trek from Mungji to Siri Kharka (4,060m)

Trek from Mungji to Siri Kharka (4,060m) After breakfast we visit some monastery in Braga and have some coffee break at Manang village. We not a stay at Manang because Manang is very crowd with tourist and locals so we go to Shiri kharka after lunch at Khangsar.

Day 10 Trek from Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m)

Trek from Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m) Trekking Hours: 4-5 hours trek through a rugged trail to reach Tilicho Base Camp.

Day 11 Visit Tilicho Lake (4,919m) and Return to Siri Kharka

Visit Tilicho Lake (4,919m) and Return to Siri Kharka trekking Hours 6-7 hours activity early morning hike to Tilicho Lake and return to Siri Kharka.

Day 12 Trek from Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4,050m)

Trek from Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4,050m) here you will join again Annapurna circuit trek total Trekking Hours 5-6 hours Trek through the alpine meadows to Yak Kharka.

Day 13 Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,525m)

Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,525m) Trekking Hours: 4-5 hours activity trek to Thorong Phedi, the base of the Thorong La Pass.

Day 14 Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m) to Muktinath (3,800m)

Crossing Thorong La Pass from Thorong Phedi (4,540m) or High Camp (4,880m) to Muktinath (3,800m) is one of the most challenging yet rewarding segments of the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. This journey offers stunning views, a sense of achievement, and cultural experiences.

Day 15 Drive Muktinath to Tatopani hot spring

Drive Muktinath to Tatopani hot spring all the by jeep through Kagbeni, Jomsom and Stop at Marpha for while buying some Apple product for family friend.

Day 16 Drive to Pokhara by jeep

Drive to Pokhara by jeep. If you want to do Gorepani Poon Hill Trek then you will go to left side to Gore pani Poon Hill otherwise continue drive to Pokhara. But Before Pokhara we going to stop for 1 hours at the Cliff Kusma parbat where you can do also some extra activities like Bungee, Swing and rope cycle.

Day 17 Pokhara to Kathmandu

Kathmandu to Pokhara there is many option how you go. By flight, by jeep or by bus or if you want to stay there in Pokhara more days after your trek then you can keep staying there.
