The altitude of the Naya Khang Peak is 5800m. The peak is also known as Ganja La and one of the popular trekking peaks in Nepal. This peak is the nearest peak from Kathmandu. It lies 19 miles or 30 km north of Kathmandu valley to Langtang region. It is suited for the beginner climbers due to its nontechnical geographical structure. Everyone who has trekking experiences and good physical fitness can climb the peak. The classical trek combines three major areas along the border of Tibet, Langtang, Helambu, and GosaiKunda Lake.

Since the Naya Khang Peak climbing includes Helambu valley you can view beautiful scenery of nature Because Helambu valley is very famous for its natural beauty and wonderful climate with superb views of magnificent snow-covered mountains. Itinerary


Day 1 Arrival at Kathmandu and direct transfer to Hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.
Day 2 Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Overnight at Hotel with B&B Plan.
Day 3 Drive to Dhunche (2,030m) - 150 km, 6 - 7 hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 4 Trek to Tholo Syabru (2,200m), 5 - 6 hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 5 Trek to Lama Hotel (2,410m), 6 - 7 hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 6 Trek to Langtang Village (3,330m), 5 ½ hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 7 Trek to Kyangjing Gompa (3,730m), 4 ½ hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 8 Rest for Excursion to around Kyangjing Gumpa. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 9 Trek to Naya Khang Base Camp (4,430m), 5 - 6 hrs. Overnight at Tent.
Day 10 Trek to High Camp (4,960m), 4 - 5 hrs. Overnight at the tent.
Day 11 Reserve day at High Camp. Overnight at the tent.
Day 12 Early morning climb to Naya Khanga Peak summit (5,846m), back to Base Camp. Overnight at the tent, trek down to Kyangjing Gumpa 4 -5  hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 13 Trek down to Lama Hotel (2,410m), 6 - 7 hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 14 Trek down to Sybrubesi (1,460m), 6 - 7 hrs. Overnight at Lodge.
Day 15 Drive Back to Kathmandu (170km), 7 - 8 hrs, the evening will take farewell dinner together with typical nepali culture.
Day 16 Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination.
